The result is a handover-ready flat with a ticked room checklist for the landlord.
How long does move-in move-out cleaning take?
Three to twelve hours depending on size. A studio takes 3–4 hours, a 1 BHK 4–5 hours, a 2 BHK 6–7 hours and a 3 BHK 8–9 hours. A 4 BHK or villa runs 9–12 hours with a larger crew. Book it the day before the handover so the flat is dry and ready for the key check.

An empty flat is our standard move-in and move-out package, and a 2 BHK costs ₹4,000–₹5,500 that way. A furnished flat needs a separate quote because sofas, beds and dining units add shifting and detail time, usually ₹1,000–₹2,000 more. Tell us what is still in the flat on the call.
Do you clean cupboards and appliances inside during a handover clean?
Yes, empty cupboards, wardrobe interiors, kitchen cabinets, fridge shelves and the inside of washing machine and microwave are all wiped out. We do not move or reinstall fixed appliances, and we leave them dry. Add-on paint and adhesive removal from skirting and window frames is ₹500–₹800 extra.
