The outside of a Gurgaon building collects what the city throws at it. Construction dust from the Dwarka Expressway corridor, soil from the open plots around Sohna Road, vehicle exhaust and highway grit all settle on glass and stay there through the dry months. A grey, spotted facade does more than look dull: it traps heat on the panes, and for an office tower or shop front it is the first impression a visitor forms.

External glass is cleaned the way it is accessed. At ground and second-floor level we use telescopic water-fed poles and a vacuum squeegee. From the third floor up we work from a maintenance cradle, a boom lift or a rope-access team, depending on the facade and what the society or facility manager approves. The sequence is the same at every height: a pre-rinse to knock off the grit, detergent applied with a soft sleeve, a second rinse, and a final squeegee pass that removes the water line. Frames, mullions and the ledges under each window are wiped too, because that dust re-splats the glass when it rains.

Facade and external glass cleaning is billed at ₹3 per square foot, and what matters is the glass area, not the built-up floor area. Add-ons such as hard-water stain removal are quoted per pane. Height changes the cost because it changes the access method: podium work uses poles, cradle and boom-lift work add a mobilisation and crew component, and rope access is quoted after a survey. The measured area and scope go out in writing before the visit.
